Guided Journaling led by Miracle Olatunji: Take a moment to set your intention for the day and reflect on 2026 so far through guided journaling with one of our amazing hosts.
Mat Pilates led by Morgan Zion: A world renowned yoga & Pilates teacher and muralist known for her creativity on and off the mat.
Yoga Class led by Michaela Campbell: Slow down after Pilates with a slow flow class taught by our other amazing host.
Sound Bath led by Shay Huff: With over a decade of experience, enjoy the sound of soothing bowls lead by one of Seattle’s favorite artists.
Brunch and Refreshments: Taste a variety of foods from many of your favorite local businesses. You can also order a matcha or coffee from Vale Matcha
