Run Club | 1 Hotel Seattle
Join us every Saturday at 8:00 AM for Healine: Saturday Morning Run Club — a community-centered social run designed to help you start your weekend strong.
Hosted at 1 Hotel Seattle, this weekly 3–5 mile run welcomes all paces and experience levels. Whether you are training for a race, getting back into running, or simply looking to meet other wellness-minded people in Seattle, this is a supportive and non-competitive space to move together.
Participants meet in the hotel lobby before heading out on curated 3-mile and 5-mile route options through downtown Seattle. Walkers are welcome, and regroup points ensure no one runs alone.

On February 14th Saturday, join Morgan Zion on a powerful 90 minutes Yin Yang Vinyasa experience featuring live music by Chase Makai.
You may have seen Chase around the studio practicing during Morgan’s stay — he’s not only her cousin but an incredible professional musician, formerly the lead guitarist for Nahko and Medicine for the People.
Expect strong, intentional movement through Power Vinyasa, followed by 30 minutes of grounding Yin postures — all held by Chase’s live acoustic soundscape.
