This workshop is for anyone who wants to build confidence upside down — whether you’re working toward your first arm balance or refining the ones you already practice, like crow, headstand, forearm stand, and handstand to name a few.

This workshop breaks arm balances and inversions into simple, logical steps that actually make sense. You’ll work on:

  • Strength and mobility prep that supports your goals

  • How weight shift and core engagement really work

  • Safer ways to enter, exit, and fall

  • Progressions you can practice on your own

You don’t need to “be good” at arm balances — you just need curiosity and willingness to learn. Open to all levels. Modifications and challenges provided.
