Morgan Zion, an internationally recognized yoga instructor and master trainer from Seattle, WA, is bringing Handstands 101 to Yoga Body Works Newcastle. This workshop is designed for all levels, offering drills, techniques, and strength-building exercises to develop a solid and confident handstand practice.
With a focus on alignment, balance, and core engagement, participants will learn how to kick up with control, find stability in inversion, and overcome fear. Whether new to handstands or refining technique, this session provides the tools to progress safely and effectively.
